We are thrilled to announce that Let’s Eat, Inc., a completely volunteer-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to feeding the underserved and neediest families in Greater Baltimore, has been awarded the prestigious Baltimore Orioles Birdland Hero of the Month award for May. This incredible honor comes with a generous grant of $5,000 from the Orioles, helping us further our mission to create communities of kindness and ensure no family in Baltimore goes hungry.

The Birdland Hero of the Month award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our volunteers, donors, and supporters. It recognizes organizations making a significant impact in their communities, and we are deeply grateful to be acknowledged by such a beloved institution.

The Baltimore Orioles have a rich history of community involvement, and through their Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN), they connect with hundreds of thousands of fans. This recognition not only highlights our efforts but also provides us with an incredible platform to reach more people and garner support for our cause.

The $5,000 grant will directly benefit our mobile food pantry program, enabling us to connect with more families, distribute more food, and spread even more kindness throughout Baltimore. With this support, we can enhance our services, ensuring that the neediest in our community have access to nutritious meals and essential resources.
