Kelly Rose
The good humans behind Let's Eat, Inc.



Catherine Morneault
President/Founder

Catherine Morneault is the founder and president of Let's Eat, Inc. She has a passion for feeding people for more than 36 years. s an ESOL teacher for 6 years, Catherine was deeply moved by the overwhelming needs of the people she interacted with. This, in part, led to the vision and the genesis of LEI. in 2020. Her vision is to partner with communities throughout the Greater Baltimore Area. Catherine personally values all people and their right to access food, regardless of their economic circumstances

Catherine is a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of four. She is an avid gardener and raises rabbits. Another of her hobbies--along with friends and neighbors--is saving hundreds of Monarch butterflies. In doing so, she creates multiple opportunities to teach the children in her Baltimore neighborhood.


John Patrick Scollan
Board Chairman

John Patrick Scollan serves as the Let's Eat, Inc. Board Chairman. John's primary responsibility is fundraising, sponsorships and major corporate gift-giving. John spent over 40 years as small business owner on the East Coast. After retiring in 2023, John met Founder, Catherine Morneault, and was honored to be invited to serve on Let's Eat, Inc.'s Board of Directors. The New York City native lives with his wife Sheila in Harford County, Maryland. He is the father of three daughters and grandfather to 4 fabulous grandchildren. John graduated from Calvert Hall College and Towson University and he attended Graduate School at the College of Notre Dame, Maryland


Kelly Rose
Director of Marketing/Communications

Kelly Rose is a freelance designer specializing in brand, idenity and small business start-ups. Kelly enjoys adventure, cooking, spending time with friends and family which include her husband and 3 children and





Victoria Whelan
Director

Vicky has had a diverse professional career, including over 20 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer, working as an Elementary School Teacher, graduating from Rhode Island College, and holding various sales-oriented positions, including home improvement sales. Now retired, she has always been passionate about serving others with compassion, demonstrated through her nursing home visits and participation in Christian missions in the third world. She has supported orphanages in Africa and Mexico and taken pleasure in actively participating in American Christian Missions organizations, having visited 25 countries with this focus. Currently, Vicky is involved with Let's Eat, Inc., where she finds joy and fulfillment in their outreach efforts, serving with compassion. Her interests include cooking, entertaining, hosting, shopping, traveling, and using eBay. 


Nathan Morneault AKA Ed
Director

Nathan Morneault, aka Ed, has been a science educator in both the public and private sectors since 1979. He was also an office manager for both a laser drilling company and an industrial cleaning company for 5 of those years. For the past 7 years, he has been the horticulture teacher for a special needs school in Baltimore, MD. Currently, Ed is the treasurer for Let’s Eat, Inc. He resides with his wife of 33 years in Baltimore. He and his wife have three adult children and five grandchildren.



Patricia Warrenfeztz
Director of Donations

Patty is proud to serve as the Director of Donations at Let's Eat, Inc., where she helps distribute donated food and supplies to those in need within the community. She has volunteered in Baltimore County schools, including three years working with autistic children, and spent five years volunteering with The Arc of Baltimore, where she played a key role in building their pantry. In 2023, she was honored to receive the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Dundalk Optimist Society. Passionate about providing support and hope to those struggling to make ends meet, Patty finds great fulfillment in seeing the gratitude of the people she assists.


Lauren Pollak
board member

Lauren Pollak is an Associate Professor of English at the Community College of Baltimore County. There, she also serves as the Director of the Community Book Connection, a college-wide reading program that engages faculty, staff and students in interdisciplinary discussion, curriculum and events. Lauren is currently a doctoral candidate in UMBC’s Ph.D. In Language, Literacy and Culture program. Lauren is a Baltimore City native, and currently lives there with her husband and two children. In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.


Amy Schilpp-mcnamara
board member
